Kids and Teens

Being a kid is a surefire way to get injured because children and teens are constantly pushing their bodies to the limit. 

Playing, roughhousing, or even carrying heavy school backpacks can cause their growing bodies to be negatively impacted.  Those that play sports often become injured due to repetitive movements or a kid's tendency to ignore the pain until it’s really bad.

The good news is their bodies are very resilient and with proper care, injuries often repair quickly and don’t leave long-lasting effects.
